What counts as a request?: Each message you send, including a follow-up like "cheaper," uses one request. The catalog searches and product comparisons within that response are included.
When does my allowance reset?: Paid allowances reset on your monthly billing date. Unused requests do not roll over. The two free requests are lifetime, not monthly, and require a verified email. No card required to try.
What happens at the limit?: Free users can choose a paid plan. Starter users can upgrade to Plus; Plus users wait until renewal. We never charge automatic overages.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Upgrades take effect immediately with proration and keep your existing usage. Downgrades start at renewal. Cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period. Cancellation details.
Do failed searches count?: A request counts once model work begins, even if it later fails, finds no matches, or you stop it. Failures before that point do not use your allowance.
Does a plan buy products for me?: No. You choose whether to buy and check out directly with the merchant. Confirm current prices, availability, shipping, and returns before purchasing.
