Agreement and eligibility

By using Siftum, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. Siftum is operated by Ditat Advisory LLC.

The shopping assistant

Siftum uses automated systems to search and explain third-party catalog results. Recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify price, availability, materials, sizing, merchant terms, and suitability before buying. Siftum does not purchase products for you and is not the seller.

Subscriptions and usage limits

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Starter includes 30 interactive requests per billing period and Plus includes 100. A submitted chat turn, including a refinement, counts as one request even when it requires multiple model or catalog steps. Unused requests do not roll over, and access pauses when a limit is reached.

Current prices and allowances are shown before checkout. Upgrades may apply immediately with proration. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, interfere with security, violate law or third-party rights, or use Siftum to develop harmful or deceptive activity. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

Third-party services

Products, merchants, checkout pages, authentication, and payment services are operated by third parties with their own terms. Siftum is not responsible for merchant fulfillment, returns, warranties, product safety, or third-party service availability.

Disclaimers and liability

Siftum is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee a particular product outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Siftum in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update the service or these terms and will post a revised effective date. New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions can be sent to support@siftum.com.
